Invisible braces represent one of the latest developments in modern orthodontics. These appliances are typically made of transparent plastic and are therefore less noticeable compared to traditional metal braces. A well-known example is the „Invisalign“ system, which works with transparent aligners to correct misaligned teeth. This type of treatment allows patients to continue their daily lives without major restrictions, as the aligners are removable. In contrast to fixed braces, where food and drinks can get stuck, invisible braces offer the advantage of being easily removed, which significantly facilitates oral hygiene and increases comfort.
