Brackets
Self-ligating brackets feature an integrated clip mechanism that holds the treatment archwire without additional rubber or wire ligatures.
This results in less friction, bow changes can be done faster and cleaning is made easier. Depending on the treatment situation, fewer follow-up appointments may also be necessary.
Ceramic brackets
At Dr. Nowroozi & colleagues in Berlin, modern, tooth-colored ceramic brackets are used, which are characterized by their smooth and rounded design.
This special shape significantly reduces frictional contact and thus ensures a particularly high level of comfort throughout the entire orthodontic treatment.
Since the brackets are made entirely of high-quality ceramic, they are metal-free and ideally suited for patients with a nickel allergy. At the same time, their tooth-colored surfaces blend very unobtrusively with the natural tooth color.
